Who will see the video on media that I upload?

Other than Let Them Know staff, the video will not be available online for anyone to see. Upon your passing, we will send the video and any media that you’ve uploaded directly to the contacts that you have designated. At that point, they can share the farewell video and any selected media with family and friends at a funeral or celebration of life.

What happens in the event of my untimely passing?

We send your video and any media that you’ve compiled to the contact(s) that you designate. The video, for example, can then be shared with others at the time or place they feel is appropriate.

If I’ve already purchased the basic service, how do I upgrade to standard or premium?

Currently we are only offering our Basic Service. In the future we will most likely have additional offerings with possibly Standard and Premium accounts. Any purchase made at this time will automatically be upgraded to any new services offered in the future, but with no price increase.

How secure and private are the video/images I put on your site?

We have taken security precautions that will keep any and all media that you upload safely on our servers. They will only be distributed to designated family members at the time of your passing.

How do I provide you with constructive feedback?

In the header of each page you may click “Feedback” to be directed to a page where you may let us know of any positive or negative comments that you have in regards to our website. Your constructive criticism is most welcome! As we receive more feedback it will help us to provide an even better service as time goes on.
